It is super focused on commercial applications and has been wonderfully designed to notify for renewals, CPI increases, and generally lease management.  It is simple and easy to use.

> **Cons**: It has, at times, loaded slow.  However, some of our job files are large and it may be partially on our side.  I wish it had some more flexibility in reporting - but exporting info is easy and the pros simply far outweigh the cons.  It is always faster than logging into Quickbooks, most certainly.
