> **Pros**: Automatically transcribes meetings, lets me concentrate and engage better as it frees me up from having to write down notes.
The AI tools for summary and action items are really great.
Even if it doesn't transcibe 100% of what is said correctly (makes mistakes with accents etc.) it still does a really good job of summarising the meeting.
Free version (10 meetings/month) meets my needs overall.

> **Pros**: It integrates into google meeting. However it records everyone and everything. With the paid version you can shut it off for certain meetings.

> **Cons**: We are having billing issues with this product and there is virtually ZERO customer support to assist us. This review is my last resort to get someone to help us before I cancel our plan. It is a shame because the product is so good but there is no way to get support.
