> **Pros**: Many of its features mirror those I was used to when working at a larger firm and it integrates seamlessly with my 0365 subscription.  Also, the training and support are fantastic\!  M365 provides access to great support and one-on-one training.  Finally, when I provide feedback about functionality improvement, M365 listens and has even implemented changes based on the feedback.

> **Cons**: Email filing is still a little clunky and must be done one at a time.

> Really positive.  I used another document management system prior to M365, which was more expensive and less useful.  I'm glad that I made the switch.
