This is the tool that I've been waiting on for years!
Comments: I can give my staff their own company cards to make petty purchases like software or staff drinks. It's possible to set various types of limit on their card (I've not used this feature though) as I only put a small amount on each card at a time. The main benefit of this is that where I used to get weekly printed out expense forms with receipts stapled to them that I'd have to go through, photograph and reconcile in Xero, now my employees simply have to remember to take photos of their receipts and I can upload directly into Xero. Boom.
Pros:
No more staff expense form nightmare to deal with at the end of each month! When we started using Xero a number of years ago the fact that I didn't have to store loads of receipts and spend my Sunday evening adding them to a spreadsheet was a godsend. It's frustrated me ever since that I couldn't let my staff use the app to take photos of their receipts and automatically enter them into Xero. Now I can! It literally saves me 4 -5 hours of horribly tedious work inputting receipts every week.
Cons:
The mobile app should have more features for admin control - it's frustrating that I have to use the online dashboard to add funds to an employees card.

Alternatives Considered:
Soldo became much more expensive and some reports within the Pro plan are inacceptable
Pros:
It's easy to order new cards. Apple Pay support is nice. It's easier to manage cards compared to legacy banks.
Cons:
The reporting within the Pro plan is absolutely inacceptable. The report that our accountant uses produces a PDF where you cannot read the invoices that we attached to the transactions in good quality. Soldo told me that we have to upgrade all(!) users to the Premium plan. But we do not need the features of this plan. We just need a simple report where you can actually read the invoices. Furthermore, Soldo changed their pricing structure. Previously we paid per card, but now we need to pay per user. This means that we pay for users, who do not need a card (accountants for example). This was a frustrating change for us.

Customer Service is Top Notch
Comments: The overall experience is very good - Soldo now is an asset to the company.
Pros:
What I like the most is for sure the customer service that multiple times helped in a timely manner in resolving any issues we incurred. Also the software is super easy to use and the reporting is very hellpful and clear.
Cons:
I would like to see improved new products, such as debit cards to be used from employees as gifts.

Useless company
Comments: Awful, slow unhelpful customer service, we reached out weekly limit on the money we could withdraw, the ups this afternoon complaining, then hit the monthly limit, they raise this after complaining, now hit yearly limit £5k and they won’t raise this and say we have to wait for another year until we can start withdrawing again…. Useless awful company
Pros:
Easy to set up, then rapidly went down hill
Cons:
They put limits on the amount of money you can withdraw on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis…. Why it’s our money and we want it out

A good tool for card management
Comments: Overall the tool is usefull for managing card for separate users, it is not good if you want to create card to pay online tools for a whole department
Pros:
From the admin side is easy to create, block and manage card, from the user side the card is quickly accessible both via browser and via app
Cons:
Sometimes the cards are not acepted on some website, I think this is due to the type of card created (debit, credit ecc.)
