> **Pros**: It is user friendly and has many options and always updating with new things. 
The customer support we receive from \[sensitive content hidden\] is also a huge help to us.

> **Cons**: Too many steps to create a Purchase Order. Having to add the same property multiple times for each customer. We have multiple customers that will send us to the same property and we have to add the same property. It would be great if the property was created once so all the history of the property from the different customers would show up for our technicians to see.

> The on boarding was a horrible experience with our initial implementation team. Once we were assigned \[sensitive content hidden\] things have become so much better, they both went above and beyond to fix the many issues we were experiencing.

> **Pros**: All around efficiency for the entire team. Once you have taken the time to learn the product it works great. The support system from the account managers is great as well, they are very responsive and quick to help.

> **Pros**: Buildops is very functional if used correctly, I really like that I can just type in what I'm searching for and I can find it. I like that you can fix anything in the software like if one of our technicians forgets to do a service report than I can write it for them .

> **Pros**: From the Beginning , Middle and Now they have the best and fastest customer service. Training and implementation with Colleen made what seemed impossible very possible and was a pleasure to work with.  We have been able to set up and standardize the way the Technicians prepare and submit there reports. Being able to easily find everything and see every detail makes monitoring service calls a breeze. We still have a lot of tools to utilize and the Success manger \[sensitive content hidden\] assists us with all questions concerns and ideas almost immediately.

> **Cons**: The implementation Process an be time consuming depending on how many people are working on it from you own team. There is a lot of data to transfer over if you are not starting from scratch, but they do provide help with all of this.

> Buildops is helping us with organization , standards and with saving ALOT of trees. I would recommend this to others because even those who aren't that computer savy can easily be taught. They have made it very user friendly and are there in a heartbeat if you do need help or suggestions.  With people being wired so differently this allows everyone to be on the same page and if used properly be very successful.

> **Pros**: The dispatch screen is very nice, can see all operatives in real time.  Status is a nice feature to see who is doing what.  Data base, the building and maintaining so far has been a breeze.

> **Cons**: Property name.  We find it difficult to specify a "property" outside of using its address to identify it.  We have multiple "commercial buildings" and multiple "processing plants" that we service.
> 
> Very overwhelmed at first.  The more we used it and worked with our implementation manager (who was amazing by the way), the easier it became.  The service team was very good at putting us at ease and walking us through tasks where we needed guidance.
