> Clari is a great tool to provide specific feedback, helps with call summaries back to prospects, and is good for forecasts. It could do a better job entering calls, with spelling, and providing best practice insight. Easy to collaborate with multi-team members. The system does have an initial tough learning curve but it has improved to be sufficient.

> **Pros**: Clari does a great job recording calls in different languages and making summaries that you can review later. In my role, I'm measured on qualified meetings and Clari does a fenomenal job on identifying budget, authority, need \&amp; timing for my deals.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it doesn't join the meetings and you need to add it manually. Sometimes, even if you add them manually it still doesn't join.

> I use Clari almost everyday. It's amazing to see the analysis that it does for every call. I can review them and see what I did wrong and where I can improve. You can use the AI chat box to ask for any part of the conversation which makes it easy to use.

> **Pros**: Where do I begin? Wingman has made my life as Head of Sales Enablement so much easier and more effective. My favorite feature is having the ability to create game tapes and snipping them directly from the transcript instead of previously using screen recording tech to replay and capture that moment again. Another one of my favorite features is having the ability to create a snippet and/or add a comment and send that particular part directly to a channel or person in Slack. This has helped our org out tremendously when it comes to managing projects. Last thing that I think goes un-noticed is when you download the desktop app you can actually bookmark parts of a live call you are in and then easily go back to that moment. That might be the biggest feature you cant live without if you are always on Zoom Calls and want to remember a particular part in the call

The onboarding was very fast since they have quick, straight to the point videos that help you to learn how to use the system.&#10;Reviewing the calls; categorizing the parts of the calls to help the sales onboarding and overall the improvement of the sales team when it comes to objections is my favorite part of the system.&#10;I truly believe it can be used not only for sales teams, but for each client-facing department.
