Turnaround times are reasonable, with serious caveats I will list below. > > **Cons**: Expensive for the level of service, frequently obviously inaccurate, no option to retain the footage you took to compare the floorplan to (footage auto-disappears after you send it for processing), adding notes or asking for corrections is painfully tedious, editing software has extremely basic shortcomings. > > It's so nearly an excellent service. With a small amount of TLC it would be fantastic and I'd give it 5 stars, but I ultimately can't. My suspicion is that most of this is algorithmic or AI based, because if humans were actually reviewing footage and comparing to the output floorplan they would catch the silly mistakes that come up. This would be fine were it a low-cost monthly subscription, but you typically pay $30USD or so for a full plan. Getting a revision is tedious and difficult and I often can't tell if they're still just relying on AI, because you point out the utterly obvious (like a non-existent wall, or a random exterior fence being included in GLA floorspace) or make notes on the order and they're essentially ignored, often taking half a dozen emails to tediously resolve something minor. All of this would be water under the bridge if the editing software had any degree of flexibility, but it doesn't. MS Paint has more features. You can't adjust text size or boldness of individual text, only all the text; you can't delete or revise a wall that was misplaced; you can't selectively include or exclude square footage of rooms; there's no option to add a title to all pages. What's most egregious is the software doesn't retain the video of the floorplan for you to review and compare to the output, meaning you resort to screen-capturing the footage or have to simply remember. Cubicasa does little to nothing with feedback given, either.
