I often check it with known measurements and it is very good. I argued with them the other day because I just knew they were wrong with the measurement of a commercial property. They said they double-checked and were right. I went back out to the property to prove them wrong. Guess what- They were right. I just missed a big area because it was walled off. I even had to request to get a video back so I could screen a picture of a bathroom I missed taking a picture for. Great customer service. > > **Cons**: The floor plan is hard to read because of the font size. Part of it could be because my appraisal software is not the same quality. I wish they would put the measurements of the exterior on the better-looking downloads instead of just the grid.
