The team offers video support to help with billing and scheduling questions, which is very beneficial when starting to use any technology that is unfamiliar to the user. We love that you can see both client and staff schedules while overlapping the view if needed. This is great for planning out schedules and even scheduling supervision. Also, the claims process has run smoothly and we can see everything in one place\!

> **Cons**: The view for scheduling isn't as user-friendly and you cannot see a monthly view for the schedule. However, Aloha has been quick to respond to this and work with their development team to make this view more user friendly. No software is going to be perfect and all you can ask for is that you have a team like Aloha that is willing to take user feedback and apply it.

> Our overall experience has been great with Aloha. We are happy we made the switch to this platform and look forward to seeing what more they are doing\!

> 100% positive from the demo, onboarding to day to day use.  I was able to schedule a follow up call to get additional help after I began to heavily use the system with managing receivables/co-payments. Staff love it\!  I feel empowered running my business with the ability to see snapshots of billables from my dashboards as well as adding a level of accountability with ensuring that my BCBAs managing their overall billables.
