> **Pros**: Die super einfache Benutzung und Benutzerfreundlichkeit sowohl für Kunden wie auch für mich. Ebenfalls ist der Support immer gewährleistet und bemüht sich Probleme zu beheben.

> **Cons**: Keine Fixen Termine einpflegbar (z.B. immer 08.00h / 10.00h / 14.00h / 16.00h) =\> oder ich habe diese Funktion noch nicht gefunden.

Das leider die Termine immer noch in alle verbundenen Kalender übernommen werden.

Und am besten finde ich einfach, dass der Kundentermin, den ich im Kalender eintrage, gleich auch beim Kunden selbst bestätigt wird. Andererseits finde ich es auch gut, dass ich alle Ressourcen erfassen kann und diese für intern oder extern sichtbar stellen kann.

> **Cons**: Am Anfang musste ich mich, obwohl ich nicht ein unbeschriebener PC Anwender bin, schon ziemlich eindenken und zurechtfinden. Der Support von Calenso war sehr gut und bald - mit Geduld zwar und Ausprobieren - konnte ich Features super gut für unsere Firma anwenden. Es lohnt sich, sich etwas tiefer einzudenken und reinzuarbeiten.

> Wir benutzen den Kalender am meisten. Termine buchen\! Alle Klienten von uns, alle Ressourcen werden von uns erfasst und so ist das Handling dann super einfach. Ich kann von überall her auf das Programm zugreifen und das hilft mir, flexibel damit zu arbeiten.
