> **Pros**: The amount of reporting options are very good. You can get anything you're looking for with just a few clicks. No programming skills are needed to get the data you need.

> **Cons**: There is no way to automate reports at this time. It would be nice to be able to schedule reports that are needed each morning.

> We've been able to quickly build up and integrate Konnektive with call centers and our remote agents. The features of the Konnektive service have been useful as the company has grown and we've taken on new marketing campaigns.

> **Cons**: It is not a dislike, but I think could be a good idea to make the order numbers to have less characters \& avoid the mix of numbers and letters.  It is not an issue, but I just think it would be better to have a standard order number (numbers only) to keep track of the orders.

> **Pros**: easy to use gives you all of the pertinent information needed to process orders. the best part of it would be it eliminated the problem with running orders twice and overbilling the customers which was happening quite often under the old system
