> **Pros**: Our business requires a lot of communication, and we use SYDLE ONE mainly for service via chatbot and WhatsApp which, combined with the 360-degree view of customers that the platform provides, serves us very well. SYDLE ONE is also responsive, so we can all use it on our laptops, tablets, and even our phones. That’s very helpful when we need to do something but we’re not in the office. Additionally, the platform’s data analytics allows us to have more control over the company.
