Comments: The ability to immediately communicate developments in the field (whether blight / drought / flood) and immediately take corrective actions has been hugely helpful.
Pros:
FarmForce has provided Acceso Haiti with the ability to review real-time field data. Whether it be farmer parcels visits and updated yield projections, or up-to-date credit disbursements and repayments, the ability to monitor field staff activities at a distance in real time has drastically improved the transparency of our business.
Cons:
Given our field technicians lack of familiarity with technology, the usability of the software could be improved by adding an ability for field staff to review what data has been entered on a given day. The addition of this "dashboard" is currently being discussed with the FarmForce team and we are hopeful that it will be available shortly.
An easy-to-use agro-purchase tool
Pros:
FarmForce has 2 main user groups: mobile - for your field staff and web - who are effectively the administrators. The mobile app and web app are pleasant to use. It's properly sectioned making almost everything easy to find. Also, their support team is just pleasant to work with. They respond to questions promptly and are quick to suggest a myriad of approaches to solve/undertake a task.
Cons:
There was an occasion when one survey on FarmForce was rounding off numbers and the workaround to get it to report the actual figures was to switch the datatype from number to text. If you don't see the issue here, that meant we could get values like "F" for a numbers only field.

Comments: Although expensive to small scale farming businesses, Farmforce provides efficiency and effectiveness with other great benefits especially for farm monitoring that justifies its cost. It's a great solution to most farming problems
Pros:
Mobile and web apps are user friendly and look okay Smooth and low learning curve in relation to using features effectively Greatly improved transparency within the agro company and also between the customer and the business Provides ease of use and access as process is paperless and records are easily retrieved
Cons:
Farmforce depends on internet connectivity and in remote places where internet connectivity is inconsistent or erratic, usage is greatly impacted Design although simple to use, can use some improvementt

There is a lot of storage, it is so simple to use and makes tracking and keeping farm data efficient.
Cons:
They can improve on their customer service.
