Comments: Beware of the potential of them losing all your data and walking away from the problem.This happened to a Spanish business and caused them a lot of issues and costs before the knock-on effect to me.I was told they were dishonest and unprofessional and in my personal dealings with them this is exactly what they were.Useless company and timewasters. To anyone working there, I say get a better job and sorry.What is more, all of this was caused by an original data loss on their part.Their subsequent overreaction and from what I can see falling out with one customer has embarrassed them to a high number of potential clients.Timewasters. The re-entry of my last 3 months of accounts will be done over my weekend.
Pros:
It's one of many simialr products, which is fine when it works correctly
Cons:
They lost data for a company I am related to through a third party, this resulted in them blocking access for the bookkeeper, continuing to bill them, and then without any notice to all remaining clients suspending access. When I contacts them they gave a half-truth, when I enquired further they bblamed the bookkeeper and said they were owed 5000 euros. So unprofessional and then after telling me no, my data can't be accessed talk to your bookkeeper, they email me through the chat and send a pricing list telling me my data is not lost.
Very poor Support, poor financial reports, poor scanning functionality, poor invoice/expense search functionality, integration w/ Zapier doesn't work

nothing to be honest, I had only a very bad experience using Quipu so far, unfortunately
Cons:
Very poor Support: I have asked support in multiple occasions for help, but they refused to give me support, claiming they should only help book-keepers, not the users of the software. This is the first time I see such agreements with software. Poor financial reports: You cannot really see reports of previous years. You also have very poor reporting functionality, like if you wish to view the reports monthly instead of yearly, it does not allow you to do so. Poor scanning functionality: scanning frequently goes to duplicates, despite being a new invoice or bill Poor invoice/expense search functionality: searching for an invoice is a nightmare on Quipu, you cannot find an invoice that was automatically scanned easily because of the use of random numbers as it seems to me. Integration w/ Zapier doesn't work
It's worth (almost) a daily penny!
Comments: Excellent. Before I discovered Quipu I was paying a lot to a personal accountant for almost the same work.
Pros:
Very easy to work with, friendly, and has a good company image, modern.
Cons:
I am not a premium subscriber, my business is meager. But even in my case, after some years, I think that they should have included more free features for regular users, such as more support, and particularly, accounting books for the Spanish IRS.

Comments: Very good sales and customer care, we could quit, but honestly is cheap and we save time using it.

Is a very easy to use solution They have some technology that auto-recognizes tickets Manage contracts, etc...

Is probably not so complete, then you need an external accounting agency that helps you managing everything
