Enables advanced features of our HPR plasma system (True Hole, Fine Feature, SureCut). Customer performance, as with all Hypertherm products, is the best out there. Tech Support even helped me make custom report templates for our labels. > > **Cons**: Modules for software features that are standard on some other software are an add-on which comes a hefty price and increases the yearly maintenance fee. These features include advanced plasma (for their own plasma systems), autonesting, skeleton cut-up, common line cutting, etc. > > My overall experience is Pronest works well, and technical support is the best in the business. I feel Pronest gives us the best cut possible on our machine and less cutting issues while running the machine.
