> **Cons**: Configuration is a bit complicated and granular.  Not easy to turn off features that lower graphics and video quality that are intended to minimize bandwidth, which is not a limiting factor for us.

> Overall, we like the product.  It has helped us to better understand learner issues and assist them in a much more timely manner.
