> **Pros**: There was a lot of available documentation related to the set up process that made it so easy to get set up, when I had any questions, support was very easy to reach out to and solve my problems.

> **Cons**: It can be confusing for some users to use, if they are not familiar with MFA, and the app permissions on android can cause problems that I have seen for a select user, otherwise it's very robust.

> Overall it has been very good, few pain points at all and it has helped us strengthen our security posture.
