They force you to view ads for health insurance, renewal offers, medical plans, and income tax liability. If you try to skip them, it prompts you to set up a call. It feels like a never-ending loop. Some features work inconsistently, and they remove features without warning. Even if you pay for useful features, they can disappear without notice. For renewals, they start pushing you six months or more in advance.
