I was never able to use the product while my co-workers did. It lowers morale knowing I had to choose between my own privacy and being able to share gratitude with my coworkers. I refuse to sacrifice my rights to privacy. > > I was extremely disappointed with the product. Not being able to ever use it, forced to use a "teams app" which I despise teams apps. No browser support, and it doesn't respect privacy / lots of tracking elements which is why I couldn't use it. I was happy when our company decided to move to a different product so I could finally participate with my coworkers. We shouldn't have to choose between privacy and sharing feedback/gratitude with our peers. No one is going to log into a separate system to look at a feed, and while a written shout out is nice... if there's no value attached other than "nice," no one cares. Matter is different. There is real value attached but at a flexible and low cost to the company. Their Feedback Fridays in Slack have motivated an awesome culture of thanking people publicly for their help, and as a manager, it gives me a quick way to thank a team member for going above and beyond.
