Customer Service was not strong with either ADP service; one hand did not know what the other hand was doing. We had to go through the whole implementation process because they are treated separately. Additionally, our implementation manager just stopped working or disappeared during implementation. Reporting was not robust. > > The overall experience was not good. We had to manage tax issues on our account, and we did not have a dedicated team.
