"Good product for payroll and workforce management"

Used RUN for a few years and liked the payroll processing and reporting capability. However, pricing has become too high.
Pros:
Easy to set up, use and maintain. The user interface is intuitive.
Cons:
Pricing was higher than competitors. Not enough value for the money.

"A Worthwhile Investment That Makes Payroll and Time Tracking Effortless"

ADP RUN is worth every penny for the time it saves me alone. The ability to handle Time Tracking and Attendance alongside payroll in one system makes my life so much easier. The strong Customer Support gives me confidence that I am never alone if a problem arises. It strikes a perfect balance between being powerful enough to handle complex needs and simple enough to use every day without frustration. It is a solid value for any business owner who wants to focus on growth rather than paperwork.
Pros:
The biggest selling point for me is the Ease of Use. The platform is incredibly intuitive, meaning I can run payroll in just a few clicks without needing a degree in accounting. The Time Tracking and Attendance integration is seamless. My employees can clock in and out easily, and that data flows directly into the payroll system without me having to manually enter hours, which eliminates so many human errors. Whenever I have hit a snag, the Customer Support team has been exceptional. They are knowledgeable and patient, walking me through issues until they are completely resolved.
Cons:
While I believe it offers great value, the cost can creep up if you have a lot of employees, so you have to really evaluate the Value for Money for your specific size. It is definitely not the cheapest option on the market, but you pay for the peace of mind. Occasionally, the time tracking sync can have a slight delay if the internet connection is spotty on the employee side, but it is rare.

Pros:
ADP Customer support is responsive, knowledgeable, and makes payroll stress-free. Keep up the good work.
Cons:
ADP Process implementation feels complicated, too many documents needed to an extent that the clients gets frustrated. Its not smooth or user friendly.

It has been Bitter sweet trying to stick around for it to get better. I would appreciate it if my account was fixed.
Pros:
I like my customer service rep [sensitive content hidden]
she’s kind and very attentive, super understanding and easy to talk to.
Cons:
I have not been able to use anything that I wanted this product for, checks have been labeled counterfeit since my new hires so I have to use cashapp to pay my employees

I have everything in one place- payroll, training, time and attendance, pay as you go WC insurance, tax filings, onboarding and off boarding.
Pros:
I have used several different payroll solutions in the past. RUN is by far the easiest to implement and saves me so much time on my HR responsibilities. Customer service is also by far the best I have ever experienced; this is why I left my last provider. Everything is in one place and very intuitive. I love the notifications I get when my hourly employees have not clocked back in from either a break at the end of the shift. Report packages are already defined, although you can certainly choose what you want to see. This makes completing an audit a breeze.
Cons:
My only complaint is on the timekeeping which does not allow me to define what a workday is. This is legally allowed in CA. When I sued the time and attendance system, I could define the workday as a 24 hour period starting at 12AM and ending at 1159PM. RUN does not allow this and merges hours together if there is less than 5 hours between any clock in and clock out. As I grow, I am not sure I can continue using RUN as this particular issue is becoming very time consuming to manage.
