> **Pros**: Nothing. I've used this software for over 2 yrs and I'm begging mgmt to bring these pages in-house to avoid using Q4. The only thing moderately redeemable about this is the customer service. Some of them are so, so, so amazing and some take 24 hours to respond.

> **Cons**: Everything. The user interface is clunky, tedious and not at all intuitive. Clearly, they do NOT employ anyone who works in a UX/UI capacity as they haven't optimized anything in years (that I can tell). Every action, addition, deletion takes 10x longer to complete than any other software I've used/seen. When I have to update these pages on Q4, it instantly ruins my day and I'm not even being dramatic.

> They aren't solving any problems we can't handle in-house now.
