Ditto hire makes that part easy so I basically just have to read their resumes. I prefer Ditto Hire over Craigslist.

> **Pros**: It will work for small recruitment agencies or a single recruiter

> **Cons**: The system can't integrate with other systems (invoice / Payroll / Mail Merge etc)
Customer service is unacceptable, emails are ignored especially when you leave the system you do not get all your data. 
You can't search on all fields and filters available. 
The system creates duplicates, and you can't merge profiles. 
Applications still come in even though the position is not advertised. 
No audit logs available or custom report writing. 
Outlook 365 integrates with the system but you can't view the emails sent or received and this data is also not given to you.
