> **Pros**: Es gefällt mir am Besten, dass bei Incentivus Anreize mit digitalen Bonuspunkten verknüpft werden können. Der integrieret Bonusshop ist ein zusätzlicher Anreiz, neben der Wertschätzung, seine Ziele zu erreichen. Dann können Mitarbeiter mit ihren Punkten direkt in der App Prämien einkaufen. Dabei gibt es die Top Anbieter von A wie Amazon bis Z wie Zalando und auch lokale und ausgefallene Dinge. Für jede Lebenssituation. Egal ob ich gerade einen Baumarkt, Urlaub oder einfach nur Unterhaltung oder Lebensmittel suche. Man muss sich um nichts kümmern denn Incentivus wickelt das alles ab.

> **Cons**: Eigentlich keine Nachteile. Natürlich wäre es noch toller, wenn man sich nicht mit Versteuerung auseinandersetzen müsste. Aber das ist bei Prämien einfach so und bei allen Anbietern gleich. Immerhin hat man in der Hinsicht hier die Wahl zwischen unterschiedlichen Modellen wie steuerfreier Sachbezug, 37b EStg etc.
