> **Pros**: There are few competitors. The pricing is excellent and the promised functionality is great, especially, integration of mobile phones.
> 
> **Cons**: We encountered every week quality problems. Low quality of voice transmission via Sipgate while Google Meet worked perfectly, even with additional video. OK, SIP uses a different protocol. But I cannot see, why SIP needs to be used for connecting endpoints with the Sipgate servers. It would be enough to encode the connection between server and phone nets with SIP.
