The software allows you to manage ticket sales and customers at an advanced level.
You don't have to be an advanced user to do this - the system is user-friendly, stable and modern.

If you have your own front-end developer you can do whatever you want.

It's hard to find another cons.

Graphical (bar chart with division into period, size and sales channel) is very convenient for people who have seen this for the first time. The new functionality „Transaction Tracking” can be used for tracking of active transactions: with the division into statuses, payment methods, dates and transaction owners.
