Love the ability to design displays and exhibits by sorting listings into new folders. Also, the CatalogIt team is very helpful, answering emails quickly and offering help before it’s even required. Switching over from our old database was pretty easy, the subscription fees are affordable for a smaller scale museum, and the staff are really helpful. I haven't run into any issues that couldn't be solved by reaching out to the company or watching their tutorial videos. > > **Cons**: When I produced a loan agreement there were a few artifact details that I thought should have been included and weren't, like accession number, etc. But in speaking with CatalogIt, they said it was a fairly new feature and they were still working out the kinks. > > Using CatalogIt and working with the staff/support team has been very positive. They reach out to you to make sure everything is going smoothly, have answered any questions I had, and made sure we were happy with the product.
