"Great system!"

My Experience with Vitay is good so far. I use this on a daily basis where I cannot find any issues or concerns with the system.
Pros:
The system is very user friendly and easy to complete reference checks. My checks are usually completed in 1 to 2 business days, which is a very quick turn around, making it easy to hire!
Cons:
There is nothing in particular that I do not like about the system.

Amazing, if you have any questions you can reach out to them for support and they keep making QOL updates that make the software better to use everytime.
Pros:
It simplifies the reference process and allows any size of organization to not focus on the hardships of chasing candidates references.
Cons:
Honestly, its hard to come up with something I dont like. The feature id love to see added is a notification if a reference used a work email if it was blocked but I understand that is not on vitay and is on the persons work email auto sorting it

Pros:
Can get accurate references from referees and also, we can avoid face references. Moreover, referees can also fill out the request at their convenience then spending time on calls.
Cons:
Can not use same email ID to request anther reference as sometimes candidate needs to change referees.

Pros:
Very user friendly. Everything I need to see is there when I look.
Cons:
It would be helpful to have better search options for candidates. Sometimes a candidate will be added with the short version of their first name and when searching with their full name, they do not come up.

Very simple and easy process for both the recruiter and the reference!
Pros:
I love how easy it is to enter the candidate's information. It makes the reference check process very simple and quick. The finished document is very easy to read.
Cons:
I haven't found anything yet! It is easy to see the entire process from start to finish.
