Provided that the data are consistent in production database. Restartability and Repaters OnTheFly feature - this helps when we anonymize database and some system or network related problems occur on the target database or when there is some constraint violaton. It is very easy to fix the problem on the problematic table and restart the process. Parallel processing , logging and performance tuning - we can anonymize multiple tables or table partitions in parallel, and the program optimizes usage of db server resources. Anonymization of input files which can be used with Repeatability feature so that we have input data files that match the data in the database. > > **Cons**: We had difficulties in importing data models when the tool was using Entity Framework. In the newer version it uses its own importing feature so it is much easier to use than before. It is harder to start using the program if you do not have programming experience, it is not very demanding but you have to understand the object oriented programming if you want to maximize and use the tool to its full capacity. The anonymization of CLOB (xml records) and JSON is a nice to have feature to be implemented out-of-the-box. We needed this tool for a rather special database type named mark logic.
