Easy way to manage digital signage

Comments: I highly recommend this product, it works and it works well

Pros:

I had found it easy to set up and it worked without issues from the first attempt at use. Learning curve was very gentle.

Cons:

There is no option to outright buy the service, I have tried to recommend this product to many of my clients and the subscription model put them off.

Awesome service for Government department!

Pros:

It was easy to use, and clear step by steps Interface is easy to view and set up is simple and smooth. Able to view the media before publish

Cons:

Plan is good but you really have to budget your company of exactly what you want and the license Wish there was a flexibility of choosing the plan that matches the need and requirement for your company when purchasing the hardware make sure you know where it is coming from. depending on your location they may not send it from Canada to Canada, might be handy to ensure you have broker person on hand if coming from State to Canada or Canada to State

Pros:

I love that it's a robust system that rarely has errors and is very stable. I think it's a basic application, but being able to schedule the start and end date of our products has been a game changer. We're just exploring web applications, but we've really liked it. Cons:

I think that drag and drop features could be included to assign playlists to devices. At the moment it is quite awkward to configure the order of these. I would also review the options for naming lists or duplicating them, we have had occasions where the menu closes without any apparent indication.

Raised the price for a product that is not worth it

Comments: Not worth 66.00 a month, period. it was worth the 20 I was paying. but there is no way it is worth 66 a month, still doesn't connect to office365 properly, still zoomed in when linking google sheets or other web pages. Still crashes on android devices after a few days

Pros:

google slides display. Display on an android tv

Cons:

Doesn't link properly with office 365 Doesn't link to webpages properly you lose access to shared files constantly the android app constantly crashes always zoomed in no way to zoom out, only works properly with google slides. They raised the price from 20.00/mo to 66.00/mo and haven't fixed any reported issues.

Telemetry TV is Integral to all our Media Devices

Comments: TTV is a very handy tool to monitor and control all our streaming devices. It's great.

Pros:

We recently expanded our use on TTV to not only monitor and control our media players at several thousand locations, but we also started using it for our touchscreen exam room devices. I love the versatility of the Telemetry platform.

Cons:

I wish it retained the ability to toggle back and forth between the two different networks we use it for.
