> **Pros**: I am using ZOHO Assist Unattended Access for few years to help my client remotely with IT needs. It is fully servicing mine and client's needs on couple dozens PCs with variety of tasks. I think I found solution beyond ZOHO advertising and and tech support is awesome.

> The latest problem I had on Native client file transfer. Initially I was explained limitations and offered way around which I actually found myself and was inconvenient but acceptable. And I was very surprised, that after few days support agent followed up, requested additional information and next day I got resolution how to deal with the problem.&#10;This particular case describes, how good is service and support and attentive to customer needs.

Some essential features feel unnecessarily locked behind higher-tier plans, which limits flexibility unless you upgrade. Mobile device control is available, but not as smooth or intuitive as competitors. Finally, session reconnect stability can be inconsistent; if the connection drops, you may need to restart or resend the session link, which interrupts workflow during critical tasks.
