The user interface is easy to navigate and there are so many layers of options that it can handle any event from start to finish. My favorite part of Eventene is the assignments tab. Weather you are assigning guests to tables, attendees to breakout rooms or even creating carpools, the ease with which I completed this task was amazing. I also loved tracking guest RSVP's with multiple different charts and being able to customize the information displayed for easy export or manipulation. One additional feature that I appreciated was the ability to rank order preferences the guests populate in the invitation. The mobile app is a huge bonus as well. > > **Cons**: I will admit that getting familiar with all the ins and outs and tricks of the software took some time but the customer support was incredible to help get me there. Once I was comfortable navigating the software, I did not have problems. The first try took awhile to get information loaded and learn the interface, but flows after that.
