There are many AI tools to explore too. > > **Cons**: 30% of the time AI doesn't follows your prompt, For example, I ask to generate a 7 years old girl with black hair. and receive a blond teenager girl with 2 heads\! > > More I explore and use it - more I like it. Yet, still struggling to get proper images but hope to lean the "tricks" with time. ----- ### "Disappointing Customer Service – No Flexibility or Understanding" — 1.0/5 > **Jessica** | *June 4, 2025* | Photography | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: Hard to say, really. My brief experience was overshadowed by poor customer service and no flexibility. > > **Cons**: I signed up for a trial and forgot to cancel before it ended, something that’s happened to me a few times over the years with other services. In every other case, companies were more than happy to issue a refund when I explained the situation, especially since I hadn’t used the service after the first day. Fotor, however, was the first company I’ve dealt with that flat-out refused. Despite canceling immediately after realizing the charge, they pointed me to their policy and offered no flexibility or goodwill. The response felt cold and dismissive, and I walked away with the clear sense that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. If you’re considering signing up, be aware that they strictly enforce their policy with no room for genuine mistakes, even when the service goes unused. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend Fotor based on this experience. ----- ### "first review" — 5.0/5 > **Robert** | *July 8, 2025* | Fine Art | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Very fast results. Colorful photos, useable for my film photo story board, attractive to the actors and crew. > > **Cons**: Plus cost to keep buying credits - I am on a pension and every penny counts , but I think that as long as I can earn credits, i can continue. > > very good to date. I am now 76, and still learning about AI and all its uses. I do find that the layout and explanations are easy to understand. ----- ### "One of the best" — 5.0/5 > **Huguette** | *May 9, 2025* | Entertainment | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: endless possibilities. There is so many options. You will be there for days\! > > **Cons**: AI need to be train. Not always good at the first time > > I have tried almost all the AI image online creator and i think that Fotor is One of the best... ----- ### "Fotor lover user" — 5.0/5 > **Monica** | *May 4, 2025* | Online Media | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Fotor is easy to use, very accurate, fast generation, and very friendly with the user. > > **Cons**: Fotor is going to improve, some little mistakes in the video creator, but every day it is getting up. > > It had been excellent.
