> **Pros**: Easy to implement customer data platform that features a clean UI and helps make segmentation for future campaigns easier. The software is easy to add to websites. It also offer auto generated segmentations and the ability to customize.

> **Cons**: The testing and reporting features could be more robust. Also the CDP isn't a full integration with other sitecore products.
> 
> Good customer data platform that allows for customer segmentation that can take campaigns to a more targeted level.
