I utilize Pi Complete for most all of my base measurements for Property Maintenance quotes. Using PI Complete and Property has allowed me to support 4 business developers and 6 Branch Locations with almost all of the Maintenance Estimates that we generate. > > **Cons**: I need some way to limit changes to the sections in the Projects. I would like to be able to lock down Default Sections/ Takeoffs so they cannot be modified by different users in the system. > > Overall I am extremely satisfied with Property Intel. It has changed the way that we estimate. It has changed the delivery times of estimates, previously it would take several weeks to turn an estimate, now we can have them out in a couple of days. It has allowed our crews to be more informed about the jobs that are working with Maps that can be shared to the crews. The Maps also provide an excellent back up for what areas are bid into the job and what services are to be performed in the areas. The Maps are color coded by mower size which allows the crews to know which mower(s) they need for the job. It also allows for a great overview of the property which is useful in job setup. The support staff has been extremely supportive and attentive to my needs and concerns. This includes the self inflicted issues that I have created. Everyone that I have dealt with has been quick to respond and quick to get a resolution. The Office Hours webinars that are offered by \[sensitive content hidden\] and others whom I am sure take parts that are not readily seen, are a great learning and communication tool. I enjoy being able to see the New functions that are being added to the system. Usually when I get to the point that I find something that I think would be useful, it seems to be already in the works on the roadmap for PI. The ability to have all of the information synced with Aspire has also been invaluable. The improvements that have been made with Templates and Work Order Creation have made presentations of enhancements a more visually appealing process.
