They are also very proactive at fixing issues when they do occur. > > **Cons**: There are a couple integration items that I'd like to see changed, such as insurance payments through the RCM system being reflected in the EHR system without a team member having to manually apply it. But the pros outweigh the cons, and we have good workarounds. > > We have been using Remedly for a year and a half now, and overall I am very happy with the system. It's robust enough to fit our needs, but not overly complicated like some other systems are. As a smaller practice, this was an important point for us, because we don't need the same heft in our system as a large hospital.
