The ability for technicians to add pictures with detail is a huge plus. I would recommend this software to any company out there and for any startup company that wants to avoid being stuck in the 1990's with paper work orders to track. > > **Cons**: I hate to say Cons, how about they have an opportunity to improve, it would be great to see them have the ability to add videos to the work orders, we have a work around but to have it in the history would be great, and the ability to edit the lead tech or techs completion notes for spelling errors would be nice. > > This software has been extremely helpful with our company, like any new software there is a learning curve in the beginning.
