> **Pros**: At least the documents are there and revision controlled.  The ability to have internet facing access is also good.

> **Cons**: The clunky user interface.
The lack of full-text search of all documents
The requirements to manually enter metadata that should be read from document contents
The markup capabilities are horrible.
