Pros:

Flexible scheduling, on-time meetings, accurate and clear data taking systems. Easy to reach support and billing team.

Cons:

It works best on Google Chrome. Some of us use MacOS Safari.

Great tool with lots of potential

Comments: Overall, I think it is a good product and it is user friendly.

Pros:

I enjoy how Theralytics is able to keep most tools I need as a behavior analyst within one app. For example, I am able to manage my schedule, view client progress, develop graphs, and review clients demographics.

Cons:

Sometimes the mobile application glitches. I also don’t like the new setting for “mastery criteria”

Adjustments are easy!

Comments: I've been using Theralytics to complete the schedules for the company that I work for the past two months. I have found that adjusting the schedules is extremely user friendly.

Pros:

I like the ease with which you are able to adjust client schedules.

Cons:

I would like to be able to type out the date instead of using a drop down menu.

Comments: T would highly recommend Theralytics. Their timeliness and communication is phenomenal with responding to our inquiries and questions. Also the convenient use of Theralytics and their practice management system, combined with their clinical aspects and then the efficiency of their billing system all is one has made running our start up practice possible as a BCBA start up practice and having to play many different roles. The affordability compared to other providers is also unmatched for the type of service they provide. So far, we have no experienced any outage since we started using them almost a year ago.

Pros:

The costumer service team has always been exceptional at responding to our requests.

Cons:

Data collection for behavior recording and skill acquisition is robust and can be complicated for the RBTs.

Easy to use software

Comments: Since day one the admin team listened to my feedback and worked to implement better training. This enabled me to better train other staff members. I'm extremely appreciative of the time taken to help me better understand the software which has led to a great experience. I'd say at this point I'm very pleased.

Pros:

As an early adopter I was responsible for understanding how to use the admin features such as adding staff, adding my schedule, and completing appointments. I enjoyed these features because I have used several softwares before and it was not as straightforward. The team listened to my feedback and I appreciated this most when working with them.

Cons:

At the time they did not have a lot of features, but this seems to have changed a lot. I would like to have more admin features on the mobile app in the future.

User friendly and it has great features. Honestly, their billing is amazing. The prices are the best in the industry. I am very happy. I was with them for about three years, and I will never change them.

Sometimes the app might not synch in time.

Pros:

The software is easy to use and works on all devices. I’ve found it easy to train new employees on it. It also streamlines most of our services and provides a central location for everything.

Cons:

Occasionally, the app for the phone/tablets will glitch or run slow.

Comments: The overall experience has been wonderful with Theralytics. Time spent on billing has decreased. Time spent checking on completed schedules has decreased. These decreases have lead to an increase in time I can spend with clients.

Pros:

This software is so easy to use. It’s a simple process to add clients, workers, and insurance. The color coded schedule makes it easy for me to see what is going on in a week's time. It was really important to me that my line therapists be able to account for their sessions on their own without me having to track them down. This software has made it so simple for them to account for sessions, whether completed or canceled. Also, the support I received from inquiry to actually using the system has been excellent.

Cons:

Nothing at this point. My experience with Theralytics has been great.

Comments: So far I have had a great experience - customer service is great and easy to reach.

Pros:

I like the simplicity of the platform and my staff have reported the same - easy to navigate between schedules and data collection.

Cons:

The data collection process can be a bit more streamlined. The session note platform should also be customizable to fit the needs of the practitioners.

Comments: This has helped us grow our ABA program and be able to efficiently bill and get claims back quickly. We do not use Theralytics for data collection but plan to explore this in the future. Overall, scheduling and billing have been simple and straight forward and make things go much smoother on the business end of things.

Pros:

Overall easy to use, staff was able to learn quickly on how to input and submit session notes. Their customer service is super responsive and we can usually get help on an issue same day. If they are unable to resolve an issue, they are quick to have the team on it and schedule calls accordingly to get the issue taken care of.

Cons:

The start up was a little challenging and could have benefitted from additional training up front on all of the features. The scheduling piece is still a little clunky in terms of overall efficiency, mostly when trying to look at multiple schedules at a time.

Comments: Customer service is prompt to address any concerns, and their billing services have been helpful in solving problems that have arisen.

Pros:

Product does what is described efficiently and effectively. Great customer service.

Cons:

Progress tracking could be streamlined; perhaps having data display for the past month when selecting a given program without needing to additionally select date ranges and types of graphs.

Spectacular program and team!

Comments: the most important component from my end has been the customer service and the rapport I have the the management team. The fact that I am able to get in touch with someone right away and get all the answers I need in a very prompt manner has made a significant impression on my end. I'm a clinician, who wants to be a clinician. I do not want to have to worry about billing, and scheduling, and the busy work that is not very clinical. The Theralytics team, along with the software have made learning a lot of the back office processes very easy. I am in regular contact with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], with random and weird questions and scenarios and he has always been able to answer my questions and support me in the process or get me in touch with someone in their team to support me.

Pros:

From day 1, from the first interview with them reviewing the platform, EVERY single question has been answered with respect and virtue. As a small practice, the Theralytics team has been able to guide me and support me with a lot of the questions and concerns. Not only does it come with great and prompt customer service, they platform is very easy to use. both for the experienced clinician that has experience with multiple platforms, and the newest member of the team with no experience at all.

Cons:

The data collection/reporting component is improving. This is not a complain at all, specifically because they are very receptive to the feedback given and support accordingly.

Comments: Customer service is quick to respond and hop on a zoom to help fix anything or answer and questions. We were spending so much money on our other practice management software and didn not get the same return on billing or overall service.

Pros:

Their upfront data pull made the hassle of switch softwares much more bearable. I love the easy of use and the geofencing, mobile features for my staff in the home and schools.

Cons:

We would like to make custom intake forms, it is an extra cost

Comments: Overall we have received quality support and enhanced our systems using an affordable service. Other platforms we have tried have been cumbersome, difficult to train on, and/or completely unaffordable for a small business. While Theralytics still has some adjustments to make that could make our overall user experience better, we do recommend this product.

Pros:

Our team enjoys how easy the system is to utilize for scheduling, session notes, and authorization tracking. It allows us to complete the majority of our practice management needs within one platform that is reasonably priced. The support team has been incredibly helpful, is very responsive, and willing to hear feedback about how their product could be improved.

Cons:

We find that there are still many limitations within the data collection and graphing portions of the software. We are aware that more features are coming in the future, but for now this limits our ability to efficiently program for our current clients.

Amazing Product, Even Better Service

Pros:

Theralytics has played an essential role in allowing our therapists to track our clients progress, and creating individualized goals that represents exactly where our clients are. It is so detrimental to have goals that fit our clients exact needs. We appreciate the ability to type in the goals as they need to be versus pre-populated goal banks that may not always fit exactly what the goal is. Theralytics understanding of what the client, therapists and payors need to be successful is evident in navigating the platform. There isn’t another online platform we have found easier to navigate and execute daily tasks (i.e., scheduling, billing, note writing, data collection).

Cons:

One barrier we have found is data collection not having an embedded curriculum (i.e. PEAK or VB MAPP).

All in one solution

Comments: Very satisfied with the system. I use it for data collection, client record management and their billing/collection services. All in one place.

Pros:

If you are a startup, I highly recommend Theralytics. It’s easy to launch, very user friendly, and cost effective.

Cons:

I wish it had more customizable reports but not a big deal.
