Pros:
Ability to ask for new features, the iterating process that the product constantly goes through. Stability and usability.
Cons:
Would love to have more design options, but it´s not a dealbreaker.

Ancards is the best decision we’ve made with our Coworking Business!
Comments: Andcards has been a game changer for our coworking business. We are so thrilled we made the move and won’t be looking back or looking elsewhere. They have our business for as long as our doors are open!We are a new coworking business (1 year old) and initially went with Nexedus. We chose Nexudus based on claims online that it was one of the leading coworking softwares on the market. It was a disaster from the word go. Nothing about their software was easy, our members were constantly having trouble and we were forever getting emails or members coming to us with issues. We couldn’t imagine what it would be like if we scaled the issues we were having as our members grow. It came to a point where we knew it wasn’t us or our members it was Nexudus and things needed to change. We googled to see if anyone else was having the headaches and came across another company saying the exact same problems. They mentioned they switched to Andcards and couldn’t be happier so I got in touch with the Andcards team.After using it for four or more months, we can definitively say that we are extremely happy with the switch! The app is clear and easy to use for customers, so everyone knows how to book our services. There's no need for us to constantly answer customers' emails or help requests come in. Everything is fully automated and runs like a charm every single time. andcards has made running our business smoother than ever before!
Pros:
You can’t get more user friendly than Andcards for both administrators and members. We love that as an administrator you can run everything from your app on your phone, you don’t have to have your laptop making it super easy to run the business on the go, respond or do administrative tasks anytime anywhere. The personalised app is professional and awesome, our members love it and do everything without needing any guidance, it’s intuitive and simple. The developers are constantly improving things and adding features that we didn’t even know we needed. They added an in app chat function recently so we can now directly chat with our members in the app and members can chat to other members. They also have a live chat with the developers so if we have an issue we use that to get help and assistance. The chat function and chat history of chat has minimised the need for emailing and keeps all the conversation history in one place. So many things to love about Andcards!
Cons:
Having used the software for nearing 6 months or so now there are only a few minor things that we feel could enhance the user experience and administrative side of things. However that said we’ve already put in our requests with the team at Andcards and knowing how awesome and responsive they are I know it won’t be long before they make those little improvements. The team are really dedicated and passionate!

Great for small/new business
Comments: It has been a good experience with andcards, the customer service is great and they are willing to work with us on implementing features to fit our needs.
Pros:
I like that the software was relatively simple to get set up and implemented. They have the basic components of what is needed.
Cons:
Some specific detail features are missing when it comes to reports. Some customers find it difficult to navigate.

Using andcards
Comments: Superb, I have seen it grow and develop. Get better and better. Also the support is quick, friendly and resolves the problem easily
Pros:
Constantly improving, new features and the support
Cons:
Nothing really very happy with it and used for a long time
A great alternative to the big players
Comments: My overall experience, from initial onboarding and setup, daily use and support has been exceptional. The customer support they provide is unlike anything I have ever experienced and I cannot rate them highly enough in this regard. I feel listened to as a customer and am constantly impressed at the lengths they will go to to improve their product based on customer feedback.
Pros:
What drew me to andCards initially was the focus on member experience. Plus it had all of the features I was looking for in a coworking management system.
Cons:
There have been a few limitations to the software however the team have been incredibly open to feedback and suggestions and are continually adding features and improving the product.
