ClinicSense is a high quality platform
Comments: I really liked ClinicSense and its ability to provide HIPAA compliant SOAP notes. I did not utilize all the features that it offers because I had to have multiple platforms to accommodate my personal trainers and physical therapy staff. The massage therapists on staff primarily used ClinicSense and seemed to enjoy it.
Pros:
ClinicSense offers excellent quality for SOAP Notes specific to massage therapists. The body diagram with the ability to either quickly check problem areas or manually select problem areas while writing more details is a great feature.
Cons:
ClinicSense is not a robust charting platform for personal trainers or physical therapists.

Comments: We’ve tried other booking management systems and EHRs, but ClinicSense stands out for its ease of navigation and how simple it is to train new hires. While there are a few areas that could benefit from fine-tuning or feel slightly outdated in terms of user experience, we consistently return to ClinicSense because it continues to meet our needs.
Pros:
ClinicSense offers an easy booking process for patients and allows us to create personalized SOAP notes, making it a highly efficient tool for our practice.
Cons:
While we were excited about the addition of Superbills, they lack essential details like diagnosis and treatment codes, making them more like invoices. Services are tied to time codes that appear in client reminders, and there’s no option to add multiple services or treatments to the same appointment. SOAP notes, though customizable, are clunky—you can’t drag and drop sections or duplicate them between tabs, forcing us to recreate content when specifying details across sections. Basic information like DOB or patient number doesn’t auto-populate in finalized SOAP notes, requiring manual edits for legal purposes. The system also lacks features like drag-and-drop appointment rescheduling, clinic-wide blocks for closures, and streamlined scheduling changes. Additionally, if a provider adjusts individual days off and later makes global schedule changes, those adjustments are erased, making time-off management cumbersome.
Do Not Recommend
Comments: We have not been happy and would change to a new system if it wasn't so much trouble. I anticipate us changing eventually.
Pros:
The only thing that we liked about ClinicSense is that we didn't have to use an appointment book at the office any longer.
Cons:
This booking system has so many glitches and problems that we get frustrated weekly. Modalities saved for a practitioner are lost, schedules showing to clients are different than what is on the books...You also can't reach someone for help during the weekends.

Easy, convenient
Comments: Good. Easy. Growing as the years have gone by. Adding news things that I’m looking for which is great. Hoping for more of the things I wanted to come soon. I did see loads of new things are being worked on which is great.
Pros:
That my clients can easily book online and I can add the link to all of my platforms.
Cons:
I wish I had more text options for clients. Most of my clients don’t use their emails. Texting is all the rage. More options to utilize that would be great.
Booking made easy
Comments: Overall, it's great for dekstop and tablet, could use improvement with the mobile app. Love how many integrations it has though so we can easily pair it with our website, POS terminal and socials.
Pros:
I love that it integrates easily with our wesbite and also with our Square POS Terminal. Being able to do everything from one place makes work easier for us!
Cons:
I dislike the mobile app. I currently download an icon of the desktop version to my phone for a shortcut to the calendar instead because the phone app just feels choppy and is annoying to navigate.
Clinicsense is a fantastic all in one booking software!
Comments: its been really easy and it's been wonderful to see the platform growing and improving the longer I use it.
Pros:
I love the ease of use. Clients can book online with a simple layout. Everything on the back end is easy to set up. Hardly any system issues.
Cons:
I wish I could "add on" services with a button with booking. example: Massage (add hot stone)(add cupping) ect.. It would also be nice to "block" certain clients from online booking from the backend.

Comments: Love how easy it is to use and the support the company shows to its customers.
Pros:
It’s so easy to use the system for scheduling. And I love that it sends out a reminder for the apt.

Sorry so far nothing really. Maybe just how the note forms are set up.

Comments: Overall, fantastic! Customer service is top rate and expeditious amd personable with the video chats
Pros:
Easy to navigate around site. Ease for clients to navigate. Personable responds from staff with questions about site.
Cons:
Clients cant book couples massages or go on a waitlist, causing business to lose interested clients umif they dont have the option
Excellent Appointment and Client Data Management
Comments: ClinicSense helps me set up client profiles easily, and capture patient details required for statements of services for patients who submit their own insurance reimbursement claims.
Pros:
The ability to manage appointments, view client appointment history, and to enable clients to request or change appointments.
Cons:
Nothing in particular comes to mind; however, having the capability to bill insurance providers durectly from ClinicSense would be a plus.

how user friendly it is, for practitioners but also for clients booking! I like the ability to duplicate notes to make charting easier!

not sure, i think i’d like extra consent options for additional modalities such as cupping or hot stone massage
It Just Makes Sense!
Comments: I have had nothing but incredible experiences with ClinicSense down to their video training on new releases, and help from their IT department. The response time is incredible and they keep you updated with upcoming and even ask what we would as consumers like to see and vote on it.
Pros:
What I like most is that I have control over my appointments and if my current clients or future clients can book automatically or if I need to approve before hand or decline a client. I find most useful the reporting records, SOAP notes, memos which is very helpful to put information (family, pressure they like, trips that are coming up) and it can be selected on every appointment or a certain treatments.
Cons:
The only few item I don't like is that I can't do my notes on my iPhone or iPad - I can only review customer name and forms they filled out for the upcoming appointment. I would also like it if there was an option to be able to add to where there is an add-on to a treatment instead of creating an entire treatment that has it on there. As a therapist I can add on to invoice but client can't do it when booking if then wanted to put an add-on.

I love the ease of use both from the client interface and the back end interface. I love that this company truly listens to the subscribers and customizes their updates and features based on need.
Cons:
Initial integration was stressful switching from one CRM to another but honestly clinicsense made it as seamless as possible.

Best investment when starting my solo practice
Comments: I've already recommended them to multiple other practitioners because of how convenient and great the software has been in starting and running my own practice, and the customer service/people running it absolutely make this the best experience.
Pros:
SUPER easy to integrate with Stripe for taking payments (square is what they advertise, however I had a lot of issues using square and needed to switch to stripe), great real-time scheduling capabilities, and everything I could ask for as far as marketing options/communications and SOAP notes/charting
Cons:
nothing so far. I've had to utilize customer support chats a few times, and they've been nothing short of stellar each time.

Comments: I really enjoy all the administrative tasks it’s takes off my plate; reminder emails, bookings, CC storage, charting. It makes my life a lot easier knowing I have a trustworthy software to do all my computer work for me.

No option to block clients No option to customize the schedule, like if I want to open just one random day online I have to open it for every week for the month and block those days off, say concept it applied for opening specific hours on a specific day (this feature works great for blocking off time but not the inverse)

Comments: It's been pretty good, customer service gets back to you in a timely fashion and answers all your questions.
Pros:
It's easy to use, does almost everything for you, clients like the easy access and purchasing gift certificates and now packages can be kept track online.
Cons:
The changes that are made where you get charged for customers support if you're having an issue. I'll be one of those small businesses that don't need the added expense. And how it took too long to get the packages program running.

Communication with ClinicSense staff has been impressive. They are great at getting back to you in a timely manner as well as keeping you up to date when the very odd system maintenance or troubleshooting needs to happen.
Cons:
Scrolling down on certain screens. It's a minor complaint and I could probably 'fix' if I decreased my computer window size. It would be cool if there was a way to search out a word or phrase within treatment notes?!
Acts as an assistant for my scheduling needs
Comments: It great that the clinicsense team are always thinking of ways to enhance their software system. I also really appreciate that I can directly email customer support with a question and the response time is extremely quick. I'm happy with it and have been using clinicsense for going on three years now.
Pros:
Having clinicsense is like hiring an assistant to do my scheduling. Personally, I cannot be available to answer my phone every time someone reaches out to schedule. With clinicsense, I send the client a link per their request to schedule an appointment and they schedule their appointments at their convenience.
Cons:
The few times I have realized there's a feature I could use such as having the ability to only offer a service to existing clients and another service only to new clients, clinicsense comes up with it. So, I would say they're always becoming more expansive in their features and I've never felt that I did not have what I need to run my business.

Comprehensive and user friendly
Comments: I’ve been using ClinicSense for six years, and it has been an integral part of running my business. Many clients have commented on how easy it is to use for scheduling, which is so important. I’m incredibly happy with it.
Pros:
It’s easy for my clients to use for online booking or modifying their appointments, and it includes all the additional features I need to run my massage therapy business.
Cons:
I wish updated credit card info was requested for booking appointments. The only problem I’ve run into is trying to charge a no show fee to a credit card on file, but finding out the card is expired.
