> **Pros**: I have used ClinicSense for the last five years, ever since I opened my doors. It is a fantastic platform that handles everything from online booking to detailed SOAP charting seamlessly. It’s user-friendly, reliable and I highly recommend it for any massage therapist starting out or looking to upgrade their system.

> **Cons**: Lack of a Client Portal is my biggest pain point. Currently, clients cannot easily log in to view or reschedule upcoming appointments on their own. They have to contact me directly for every change, which interrupts my workflow. As a sole owner/practitioner, I need my software to empower clients to self-manage their schedules so I can focus on treatment.&#10;&#10;The mobile app experience feels clunky and is not as user-friendly as the desktop version. I often find myself needing to wait until I'm at a computer to do tasks that should be easy to handle on the go.

> **Pros**: Navigation and professionalism of the program allows for all aspects of clinical practice to be performed with ease from intake to appointment scheduling and payment.

On my Apple phone the ClinicSense platform is undersized with restrictive sized pull down times of hours and minutes that make modifications &#10;tedious and unnecessarily time consuming.&#10;Second. The periodic updating of the ClinicSense platform has restricted my schedule input to a few months at which days that are bimonthly and put in manually were lost and required monitoring and redone at great expense to time lost repeating the task.

> Overall easy to use with navigation tools and  information windows that are self explanatory and allow me to insert appointments, take payment, send invoices and plan my schedule months in advance.
