A productivity game changer for any organization

Comments: As a District Manager, intelocate has improved my ability to do my job. It provides a cleaner interface for execution and validation of the work that my employees do. Given that my territory spans multiple provinces, it can be hard to keep up with critical tasks at every store all at once. Intelocate gives me the ability to manage more efficiently from afar. 10/10

Pros:

Intelocate provides a smooth user experience right from the end user to all critical decision makers within our organization. By providing end to end follow up, our associates have become much more efficient in operating their kiosks. The ability to integrate all of our operations checklists makes the business run smoother, as well as provide strong validation sources. We were able to integrate multiple different aspects of our business into Intelocate, saving us time and providing us a more efficient tool to continue to be at the leading edge of our industry.

Cons:

At the beginning I was bothered by the amount of notifications and uncleared messages - I’m one of those types that can’t stand a red dot on an icon. There are tools within Intelocate to clear things up and make it cleaner, and it overall comes down to simple task execution.

Intelocate has become a critical part of our business.

Comments: All kinds of business issues are identified and resolved through Intelocate, making it a critical platform for the Operations Dept. Once issues are logged we allocate to the relevant team for resolution within our agreed deadlines. Our experience with Intelocate has been great so far and one that we are very happy with.

Pros:

Intelocate is used throughout our business, from colleagues in stores and Head Office right through to suppliers. Predominantly Intelocate is used to log and resolve any issues that arise, but is used for many different reasons. The layout and clarity of Intelocate makes it an easy to use platform for everyone in the business, no matter what time or day of the week it is.

Cons:

No issues to date, but do need to get more hands on with the Intelocate App and Tasks function in 2023.

Task and Issue Management

Comments: I've been enjoying my use with it over the past 2-3 years. I have regular scheduled tasks for my stores to address on a weekly basis that I can easily pull necessary data from. I can easily review any and all tasks/issues from stores reported to/from Head Office for easy follow-up, direction, escalation, etc. It overall just helps to better manage cumbersome tasks and issues that would otherwise be flooding my e-mail inbox or having me bombarded with texts and calls.

Pros:

Easy to navigate, sort, assign and execute follow-up on a variety of tasks and/or issues.

Cons:

Mobile functionality at the moment is not great. Web service is the priority use.

Intelocate for Retail

Pros:

The Actions Dashboard simplifies finding the overall status, either by task or by location. With it you as the end user can verify you have completed all that was asked of you. You as the administrator can identify which tasks or locations need further assistance or escalation. All necessary communication can go on right in the portal itself, limiting the need for back and forth emails or phone calls once the team is reviewing and using it regularly. As the majority of our employees work the retail sales floor, being able to review all outstanding issues in one single place is vital to completing tasks on time so those of us in the Corporate Office can get the responses and feedback we need.

Cons:

The product can seem overwhelming at first because it can encompass so much in one portal; if you do not jump on using filters and categories properly, it is easy to get lost. We are also still trying to find the balance on notifications between sending emails to alert us to tasks and being able to have our end users get comfortable enough with the system that they can find all tasks independently.

Comments: Business problems solved are streamlining communications with stores for supply order requests, maintenance requests. Has greatly helped to reduce requests through email (main objective).

Pros:

I found creating Tasks and creating forms very helpful in my capacity for holding stores accountable. I also enjoy the in-Task chat feature for live updates from stores on the issue in question. I also enjoy the software as it helps to reduce email backlog.

Cons:

I only know if I am receiving new messages in chats with stores by getting email notifications about new messages, which creates email backlog. It would be great if there could be a notification bell or something similar on the main Actions page or similar.
