I also appreciate that it tracks approvals so there are never lost communications. I really like the threaded comments as well because they help when there are disagreements about changes. > > **Cons**: The free version of Ziflow limits the number of files that can be uploaded which is terrible for when I am testing new things. Also sometimes when uploading large files it takes forever and it really bothers me. It sounds petty, however I feel that the interface has far too many buttons and I often find myself clicking the wrong button by accident. > > Before using Ziflow we were constantly sending emails back and forth with attachments and different versions of designs and now every thing is kept in one location. Meetings are shorter because people can review the information at their leisure.
