> **Pros**: As a fast-growing company, we absolutely needed a tool to monitor our employee engagement and employee experience. I was amazed how easy Sparkbay was to implement. Thanks to their customer success team, we were up and running in a few days. They provided us with extensive communication material so managers and employees knew exactly what to expect. We all loved how user-friendly Sparkbay was. Our company participation exceeded my expectations. Love their analytics section where you can really drill down to the bone how every segment of employees is doing. They provide extensive detail and data, but in a way easy to understand. Also, I love the fact that we get a dedicated that we get a dedicated customer success manager that is there for us along the way, not just in the beginning. Overall, I am amazed how much Sparkbay helped us improve our employee experience and keep our ever growing employee base engaged.
