Feedback given to the Arternal team in regards to improvement or ideas for new features that would help with workflow is always met with consideration. If issues occur or you have questions regarding the system someone who is competent and reliable answers within moments and at most 24 hours. Bugs or issues are always fixed within a 24-48 period.

> From onboarding to adapting to new features, using Arternal, has been overall a seamless and helpful system, our team couldn't be happier. We have used and evaluated many similar inventory management/CRM systems and Arternal continues surpass our expectations.
