The linking and introductions were great. We didn't have too much back and forth but were introduced quickly after making a decision. > > **Cons**: The platform doesn't connect with my institution's Zoom conferencing platform. So it's 2 steps to to add a new Google calendar invitation or simply always use the same Zoom room. > > This was private and seamless. I didn't mind have an automated email sent to me. I imagine AI probably was used and that's ok. It's great that there is an AOM contact if I have glitches to overcome, which I did when I noticed that neither my Zoom nor my Google Meet would connect with the system. The HELP Q\&A section wasn't working.
