> **Pros**: So much easier to use and enter information vs. those dreaded lender VOI forms\!\! Customer service from my CSM was great (major shoutout to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]\!)\! I also like that they confirm authorization with the EE before sending the form to me to complete as the HR Admin. The self service for EEs with Employment Letters that we created/customized and integration with our HRIS is also great\!
