FirstResponse911 continuously monitors and automatically transfers emergency call data between public safety agencies notifying them of critical 9-1-1 call information as the call progresses.

Fantastic! The software and especially the support is unmatched. CAD vendors should take lessons from FR911, now that's support! [sensitive content hidden] and all the tech team should be commended!
Pros:
The ease and user friendliness of the software. Even though once you set the software up you need to train on it, it is almost self explanatory.
Cons:
Importing trip notes into our CAD. Know this can't be fixed or helped at the moment but still extra steps for dispatchers and sometimes the notes get added to the wrong CFS by human error.

We have a complicated setup and DataTech was great to work with to set up FirstResponse911 to meet our needs.
Pros:
Expedited response times by sharing CAD information between agencies. Saving minutes by sharing data is saving lives.
Cons:
The only thing I would like to change is the reports. You can access the daily reports the day after and not same day if you need to review something.

Great. Working with [sensitive content hidden] has been a pleasure, and our IT work with their IT happens without skipping a beat.
Pros:
A company that works with you very easily and quickly addresses any items you may want or need. Excellent communication and a good product for CAD sharing.
Cons:
Nothing that I can think of or that comes to mind. Maybe the CAD data flow could be faster.
