> **Pros**: Invoice Station is super easy to use. From the point of registering to creating my first invoice, I spent a few short minutes and I was already sending my client their invoice.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Everything is so intuitive and easy to learn.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Pages and features are structured so well that I felt like I've been using it for a long time. Never once felt like it was my first time.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;There are quick tutorials on each page so I never felt lost.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Customer care, or Customer Care Champions : ) as they like to call themselves, are amazing. They are always a chat away and always quick with an answer. I am really amazed at how fast they respond.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I've used various apps to manage my small business and I have to say that Invoice Station checks all the boxes.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Some of the features I cannot live without are:&#13;&#10;- Create new clients as I am creating a new invoice&#13;&#10;- Add new services right from the New Invoice page&#13;&#10;- Add discounts on service line (other apps make this part hard\!)&#13;&#10;- Save some other defaults (like: Client notes on Invoice, Email template)&#13;&#10;- Adding payments for each invoice&#13;&#10;- Seeing from a single dashboard which Invoices are paid in full and which have an outstanding balance&#13;&#10;- You can see when a client has viewed your Email&#13;&#10;- Edit the Invoice and see when you've edited it&#13;&#10;- Easily Print invoices or Save them as PDF&#13;&#10;- Quickly Email Invoices to your Clients&#13;&#10;- Record Expenses&#13;&#10;- Register Vendors and include them on the Expense

> **Cons**: There are really no major pitfalls that I can remember to point out. Maybe services can be separated into products as well, so it's easier to manage my stock. But, it's an Invoicing software and not a full blown accounting just yet.&#10;&#10;I have mentioned this to the team already.
