> **Pros**: Working in the real estate industry has been eyeopening when it comes to the services available.  It seemed almost impossible to get software that appropriately ran the transaction process.  TC Workflow was the first I had found that really gave you the options you needed to do the job.  Email templates with placeholder tags, custom workflows, date schedules, calendar integration, Dotloop integration, scheduled reports, it goes on and on.  So much so that you really need to spend a week or so setting it up before using it.

> **Cons**: There are certain things that I wish the service had but in talking to the creators, I understand why it doesn't.  It will not automatically send emails and the UI customization leaves a lot to be desired.  But these are easy things to work around.

> TCWorkflow has provided the tools necessary to support an office of over 80 agents with efficiency and accuracy.
