> **Pros**: SkuNexus' early morning support - they're available from the very moment we start fulfilling orders each day.
We can now track every single order in real-time from the moment the shipment is created to it's delivery at the recipient's door.
The instant and robust inventory tracking has reduced product loss and overcrowding at our center
It has automated and streamlined our fulfillment process with customized shipping labels and pick sheets
We are able to easily automate our shipments to be sent via the most efficient warehouse location and cost-effective carriers and routes.

> **Cons**: We are currently working with SkuNexus to build even more robust reporting. But we honestly don't have any areas that we aren't pleased with. The efficiency and accuracy this system has provided has been dramatic. It just works consistently so we can focus on our customers instead of fulfillment delays.
